Job Description

Relationship One's Marketing Cloud Regional Manager will lead the day-to-day activities of Marketing Cloud team members within a geographic region to ensure the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction. You will coach team members and provide industry thought leadership around their delivery of marketing automation services including the design, implementation, and testing of demand-generation marketing programs, lead-nurturing programs, lead scoring, prospect/customer segmentation, and automated communications programs within the Oracle Marketing Cloud platform on behalf of our clients. 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Oversee Marketing Cloud service delivery business processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures while reinforcing company culture
  • Ensure a high level of quality and customer service in the delivery of Marketing Cloud services
  • Ensure Marketing Cloud team members are setup for success and can maintain work/life balance while delivering on client commitments
  • Provide mentorship, professional development and regular performance feedback through coaching sessions and performance reviews
  • Recruit and retain qualified Marketing Cloud team members
  • Provide industry thought leadership, participate in local/regional user groups
  • Support business development efforts with both existing and new clients
  • Help address customer or employee concerns
  • Coach team members on marketing strategy, marketing automation, and sales/marketing business processes to key client accounts

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 to 6 years experience in a marketing or related consulting position
  • Minimum of 2 to 5 years experience managing a professional services team delivering marketing or related consulting services
  • Strong mix of business and technical acumen, with business process knowledge
  • Proficiency with marketing, marketing automation, salesforce automation solutions including design, configuration, and implementation
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and team building skills
  • Mentoring and people development capabilities
  • Demonstrated expertise with project management and quality assurance best practices
  • Creative and logical problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional client services and support skills
  • Advanced listening skills and written and verbal communications
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness, motivation, initiative
  • Oracle | Eloqua certification
  • Project Management certifications a plus
  • Business Analyst experience/certifications a plus
  • Post Secondary Education required, University/College degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business a plus
